very interesting case study. I have recently been involved in similar co-creation work as described by the Tic Tac example. In my experience, the profiling and recruitment of the 'co-creators' is critical - who are you looking for, when might you find them and then what kind of incentive/opportunity will motivate them to engage with the project. In fact as recent as last week, whilst working on a number of music album launches for Q4, our core team did all the prep work and then we bought in an articulate 'consumer' audience to help us develop our thinking and further build our propositions - with stunning results.
The thing that did really interest me in the Tic Tac example was how the co-creators were given some 'training' or at least immersion in the business principles they were going to be asked to use and apply - great stuff. Would be very interested to know more exactly what they were trained in, and if this effort has a measurable difference to the output vs a previous example of not training?

Hi,
I have used SuperGroupers some time ago in London & Kuala Lumpur. Very good experience.
The recruitment is done very professionally. 1521 (a small unit within RI) does several steps to recruit these guys.
In our region, they have established them in Poland & Hungary, but Marta's case is the first authentic experience I have seen in CE.
